    codemeter

this list will help to avoid senseless requests.....

No, sadly this won't help avoiding pointless request at all, you have too much trust in humanity :bleh:
Anyway, uncrackable is nothing, if you want a list of hard stuff here it is:

    1) Synchrosoft with MCFACT (With Cubase8 new MCFACT6, recoded from scratch)
    2) WiBU-Codemeter
    3) PACE iLok2/EDEN/FUSiON
    4) AAXs. Those all use PACE codesign, Avid requires it.

As you see, stuff even my house's walls know are not going to be cracked any soon.
But my house's walls don't post request at audioz, people still do instead.
This seems to mean that walls are more common sensed that many people.

Those requests are just desperate cries for hope that someone will take over the job of doing what might not be possible..

Those kids just cannot accept that there never will be free Cubase/Reason/Nexus/Vengeance/EastWest... ever...

This is not just about kids and free stuff. I'd like to see cracked EWQL not just because I don't want to pay for it. Not the case here.
I just want to avoid having iLok at any cost, so I'd buy it and then use cracked copy.
    Simple and 100% lawful.

Copylefter, can the companies, who use iLok on their products somehow infiltrate and expose its protection to 'us' (for those willing to do it)?
What is actually needed for successful crack of these protections? Maybe some companies would help...
    No iLok = more customers

If it's crackable with a reasonable ammount of effort, it will be cracked. That's almost a natural law.
I don't think a list of the uncrackable software out there (there is no such thing btw) would help anything.
If a user is too lazy to use the search function he won't read the list. I think the causality there is evident.

If those companies would see the no ilok = more customers connection they would ditch ilok in the first place, wouldn't they?

Not if they had written contract on all their products, which they cannot terminate. I'd bet most of them went into iLok without knowing what scam that is, and now they can't get rid of it.

Only PACE developers can. Here I am calling for some fired employee seeking revenge against PACE :bleh:
Anyway no, actual implementation use a memory bundle encrypted -> need a valid license to start reversing. And it's just the start.
Then all use PACE packer (on Win). Sure if a dev send some team the PACE SDK it would be a good starting point :bleh:
But that's not going to happen, if devs use iLok is cause they want to use it. Until the day it will get cracked again,
and suddenly PANiC! half jumping out of the boat and using standard protection that will get cracked too, but without having to pay PACE for the same result, the other half taking PACE words like liquid gold and waiting for PACE to deliver in a rush iLok3,
maybe leaving the holes in it like they did with first iLok2 version, when they delivered a half finished product.
(that's why PT9-10 were cracked, work in progress protection with the hardest part -encrypted section & packer- still to be added)

Buying those products means supporting the protection scheme. I'll never buy any software unless it has a unintrusive, easy to handle copy protection - period.

So Soundtoys, Steinberg, Arturia, EastWest, Vengeance etc. - no money from me (and hopefully no money from many others).

There's no such a thing as 'uncrackable': This is only a question of time and skills.

    If there's a will, there's a way. Period.

Maybe in these days someone should start a crowdfounding platform for crackers...where people can spend a few dollars and when lets say 100.000 dollars aim is reached, make a competition...The cracking group that first is able to do a stable crack will recieve 70.000$ and the second will get 20.000 and the third 10.000.

There are many other viable options out there. If anybody can't manage to make a track with what is currently freely available, maybe it's a good time to give up :break:

Best companies so far for me were 2CAudio and Cockos. Guess what, both are alive and breathing. Honest business model works, get a clue EW! :excl:

You can use ilok with izotope products but they also allow the challenge/response method.

The list from copylefter is pretty much complete when it comes to audio software. But for Codemeter there is a workaround possible. Its almost uncrackable, if you really want to make it work without a dongle. But several people took their time, to dig in the Developement SDK and made a Dongle EMU for Codemeter (like they did for other dongles, like HaspSRM, SHK..)
The problem is, that those guys, are not bored guys, who do care about the whishes of any audio interested user. And none of the normal groups got the ability having programmed their own emu. So if someone really wants an emu for his Codemeter dongle, than with some searching on the net, he will find those guys (which arent much in fact).
