I bought a Novation Launch Control XL many months ago. FL Studio 12 plainly refused to acknowledge it.

I contacted Novation who did not know what to do: they in turn contacted ImageLine several times and never received an answer. No matter what we tried, I just never worked.

The Launch Control does work with some other DAWs, so the hardware is not at fault.

I wondered if anyone had the same controller and experienced the same issue with FL Studio. I would welcome your suggestions and comments.

I use FL Studio 12 updated to right before 20 came out, in 64 bits on Windows 10 x64.
