Love Behringer gear... Really don't give a f*ck for who's behind it.

 

Several pieces of affordable Behringer gear, is kind of a (not only to you.. general) favour? Are you his friend, and/or what favour are you doing for him? Except for your own gratification filling his bank account, by endorsing his "I dong give a flying, standing, sitting or floating fuck about intellectual property, no respect for anyone" credo. Hypocrisy much? Or just plain, vulgaris, "he stole my meme" bruised ego derivative in form of (emotional) cognitive noise.

 

Imo it was a case of copying a cool idea and shared it via his friends as a friendly joke. But it really could be a great idea to release it as a 20$ keychain filter, would sell as crazy.

 

I'm not a fan of Behringer but it's incredible how many companies can clone/copy products like outboard gear, amps, guitars, pedals, and get an army of fans for it, yet when Behringer does it those same guys suddenly form a mob against him. Guess they all once started with a Behringer mixer that broke down after 2 weeks.

 

I have a behringer soundcard for a live 3 input mic system, it sounds great, 192Khz/24bit,

i cant hear that the DAC,ADC, preamps and noisefloor arent "RME" or focusrite for some reason i must be crazy..

And i own/ have owned rme and focusrite

 

Shit my 20 year old 24 channel Eurodesk still works great and looks brand new heh. Maybe they didn't know how to use their gear?

 

Actually it is exactly the opposite: when I create a meme I am pleased that it becomes as viral as possible. When I saw the pic on the official Behringer page at first it made me very happy, but then I thought: if they pretend to tease my meme for a new product, then maybe all the other anticipations OBX, Linndrum, 909, etc ... will also be memes ? Does Uli make fun of us and profit by using our weakness (GAS)?

This is the point: Behringer prefer to work on the perception of reality and not on real facts, exactly what illusionists do in their shows

 

I don't have anything relevant to the discussion to add, but I do have a compulsory mission to find nuggets of garbage like this and try to disinfect it before it encourages others to think likewise. The world filling with "under educated and over sensitive humans" as you call it is not the problem here, the problem is you are an overly edgy fuck as evidenced by this post and others and you don't like consequences following them. That is childish, and turning it into a refrain of "omg every so sensitive these days" is a psychological attempt to make yourself seem philosophically deep and superior in the meanwhile.
