Hello audiosexersss, recently i found a guy online who installed me remotely the uad bundle, i'm so f**kin happy (despite i got only one dsp to run them eheheh)

the cons are that you can't update the plugins and maybe even the os (future version could not work with the uad plugins...so update at your own risk)

The question now is another: how they do that? i saw that also different people are doing the same process but idk how it works...they really owns the plugins or they found the way to crack them only using the apollo txt info?

 

Are you talking for MAC or Windows?

 

Let me tell you something, they are probably waves plugin with uad skins. I mean it for real.

 

For MAC its impossible to bypass ILOK protection; for Win its possible as we ve seen sample of it before

 

if this is true, it would be insane, but probably something sus, explain in detail a little more

 

Therein lies your problem

 

it's not impossible for mac, it's just not worth it, in a few years apple is gonna drop x86 support and all that work is gonna be useless-ish R2R explained this, i think once apple has gone full arm, groups will put in the effort... iLok was first beaten on mac os.

 

Show us one or more of your famous UAD plugins in plugin doctor, so you need internet I suppose to make them work?

There is nothing new here, this is the same UAD hardware loophole that people have been using for years.

Nothing is cracked. If you want to know how it works, do some searches, it's all been covered before.

 

This is how it works: Its Register your device in his account and if activate the plugins in your device sorry for bad english

 

There are ways to do that on several devices (not only UAD) :
-remote virtual USB (device is seen as local USB)
OR
-simply declare YOUR device as his own with serial number

Mac, some address needs to be blocked from the hostfile; someone said that is irresponsible to let a stranger install remotely something, completely 100% agreed! I was overcome by euphoria and let him install them, it went well but it's always a risk.

 

I hope you know that UAD has only a few algorithms of its own?
The rest are other people's plug-ins with their skin.

I do the uad plugin unlocking! I charge 300 dollars! It's transparent, I simply put your device in my account and then remove it, but for that, I patch the host!
