Just wondered if anyone else has come across this issue.

Zebra2 has returned to DEMO mode.. Un-installed and nuked what I could find in the registry. Still will not accept the the name and key in Zebra license.txt..

Was working fine until I installed Magix and Independence . Started moving projects from Reaper when the issue popped up
Not sure if they had the affect or not.

Any and all info welcome.

 

U-he has various time bombs and checks in their vsts, I wonder if it is the date related one again?, in which case give it a week or 2 then try again with the License, it should work, make sure your DAW does not have access to internet as well, there is an earlier version over on the darkside which is a bit more stable with regards to using that particular license.txt

 

hi try change the date on your pc/mac and see if it works - 6mts - 3mts ect
if it works its a timebomb and it will only work for half the year for me anyway with the new version 6 mts on 6 mts off.

Thanks or all the responses. Will give it a go after changing up hard drives later this coming month.

Only use two presets: HS Bahnauto & HS Berlin Wallflower so far for one song. Should probably make the time to
redo the arps in another program(s).

I beleive that the issue popped up when Samplitide loaded the VST3 which I forgot to block from internet.

As a side not... I removed the VST2 WaveShell files from both VST folders, and load the WaveShell-VST3 9.3_x64.vst3 for Samplitude.
For all other software, I point to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Waveshells folder .
this significant improved scanning and loading times in Samplitude.

 

Yeah and everyone can forget about phone home and block internet and such stuff for Uhe plugins as i got no internet connection whatsoever on my studio PC and still it timebombed 4 July havent checked yesterday i come back when i have done that.
