There are a lot of things U-He master, like non linearity, he was the first using audiorate modulations on ACE, always on several projects at the same time, cross blending elements between different projects...

Do you know about the supersynth too ?

    hey...

    the sound...
the possibilities this plug-in provides with...
this will make me one of the first buyers, again, then again, then verily quite possibly on couple of more occasions added... *yes*

the same situation exists here too (if only counting from one somewhat earlier period, perhaps pre-zebra-release, freebies, beta releases, time)... :mates:

this here me feels, his thinking business model, his upgrading policy, his nearly non-nexisting demonstration version restrictions, also how humanely he, his team, handles the users of their softwares, stands out even amongst the most exemplary achievements...

all the best for all of us, plus even more, if there possibly exists, for urs heckmann and his team...

later edit, post scriptum, from now on, flammable mode switch is flipped into its on position...

thats is well written,i really agree with that statements.
the light demo restriction uhe plugins got, i mean you can save presets in demo mode and once you bought the plugin you still got your presets you made in demo mode. that model is fantastic.
not to mention the lovely support you get on kvraudio - the uhe forum, when you bought of course a plugin, but you get also help with the demo version.

what i also really like are the transparent beta(/alpha) testings, you get also a serial provided, which is really nice, because you get the feeling you bought the plugin already, something which is such a good psychological idea, to motvate people to buy your plugins.

    greetings at Uhe!!! :break:

    hey, ArticStorm,

yes, these are those things, making the whole even more fantastic...
those certain small additions, valuable brownie points, which all serve in the most helpful ways to keep customers happy, feeling cared for...

all the best, again, plus then some for urs heckmann, for the team, again...

Uh, gotta try this. Big fan of U-he here as well. Speaking of discounts, I coincidently read on kvr the other day, that since I own Zebra2 and Dark Zebra, I'll get Zebra3 for free. Thats pretty effing awesome.

Hey BLACK MENTAL, did you really got a 50% discount for zebra2 and not 'just' $50 off its retail price?
Wish there is something similar for Diva. Well, will get it anyway - someday :) And for that I like u-he's philosophy. It's possible to buy their products whenever you want, not worrying about a sale the next day. If you want a discount of a u-he product, then make sure you are not missing an introduction price of a new product - bought Bazille when it had the introduction price :)

    hey, mercurysoto,

the link as one answer to your question is already posted.

the possible something is, usually, the introduction price, thirty to thirty three percent lower than the later full retail price. *yes*

    all the best...

later edit, post scriptum, ooops, au38wzh has already mentioned this introduction price thing, sorry to bother you with it once more...

yes, the humour that his is, means, for me at least, plus couple more of those brownie points...

worth in every case (there even exist optimisation possibilities for clever usage)... *yes*

does the actual copy protection scheme they use have anything to do with the support they provide? :dunno:

I checked thePresswerk out. It does sounds fantastic, I haven't had a whole lot of time to push it, but was very responsive, and you are right Pipotron3000, they are treating really good with non-linearities. This one did not seem to be a cpu crusher either... They have always nada good game, but uHe continues to impress..

    You got me here

It was 7 years ago, so I can't honestly remember. It seemed a very good deal at that time, though and there was not as much plugins (or try-before-buy options) available as today...

I'm not sure about support & service. I do know that some cracked plugs have a timebomb or some other funny CP.

RE: CPU usage, I tried ubhik-A. It has 2nd lowest (out of 3) CPU usage of the multichannel reverbs that I tested. Not stellar, but not too bad either. Granted, 3 isn't much, and the Mch reverbs aren't quite as ubiquitous or optimized as stereo ones.

I can't say much about other ubhik FX about CPU.

Thanks, mate. I'll just buy Satin one of these days anyway. To y ears, it's the Swiss army of warmth and slght saturation.

I am so confused. This video (albeit I am watching on my phone) has music that failed to make the tron original soundtrack and says nothing about u he or a synth just says make people dance then has u he stamped on the bottom of a page called super synth. If u-he is making a new all in one super synth (people are gonna say zebra 3) I am gonna go crazy. By the way, am I the only guy in the world who doesn't like zebra? I love all their other stuff but maybe because I used analog stuff so long it sounds too clean or something I can't pin point but not yet clean enough to chop your arms off like dx7. Don't get me wrong its quality but all I see is people talking about how its the best shit ever. (then again if you go into a music store 90% of the people in there would rather have a tr-8 than a vermoma drm-1, to each his own I guess) Urs if u are reading this zebra is by no means a tr-8 I just favour your other products instead.
