Dears, I downloaded a R2R version from the site and I can't use serial number included. What should I do?

Is there maybe a working version or do I something wrond?

Just registering it like any other normal user doesn't work? Have you read the manual?

 

When I run diva window appears then I put the user name and serial number included in dowload package and i get notice that one is invalid

Same here on Linux and Windows, and worked just like that (snap!). I don't have any u-he's on Mac, because I don't use Mac much. What is it you're doing wrong, I wonder? Could it be some kind of a permission issue? Have you tried running the DAW as administrator? it is possible that Diva can't write to its own directory. It needs to write a "com.u-he.Diva.user.txt" file into u-he/Diva/Support directory. I have the same file in both Win and Lin, in the same directory.

 

Have you read the NFO file?? Are you sure it's the serial number and not the name? I don't own or use a Wac. May I suggest that you try to enter the user name using capital letters for the first and last name, like this... "Cute Witches" for example.

It's not in the nfo file. They stopped putting as much information in them. But even a little bit of that kind of extra work can add up when you do it 15,000 times. There is a text file and the requested info is all that is in it. There is no way to screw it up. Copy/paste.

Remember years ago, all the pc instructions had something deliberately wrong with them. You needed to have a pulse to figure them out.

 

In my R2R v1.4.6 from 2023.09.13 I see lots of info on registration in the R2R folder in the R2R.txt

No wonder I had so much problems back then.
But I am not so dumb.
I had a feeling it was my brain cell.

Not an nfo file, my bad! I hadn't had my coffee... but do try as I suggested and let me know if that helps.
