The fact Im working online atm (cononavirus) and have to stay home except from a walk in the forest or buying food and things I´ve started a little project today.

I´ve got myself a piano hammer (tuning tool) and a tuning app for my iPhone and started tuning my 60 year old German harpsichord .... its only one row of keys - 4½ octave - two strings per note but I´ll have to rise all notes at least ½ a tone before I can start doing the fine tuning so I guess it´ll take me a couple of days.

After this I´ll start fixing some of the mechanics in the instrument which I have absolutely no experience with.... so exciting indeed.

    Stay safe all of you.

    That´s all.

    Cheers

Stay safe. The shops around here have been panic bought, but they left me.. biscuits! So not all bad. Don't envy all that tuning hammer madness! Good that you know to "stretch" the tuning a bit before tuning precisely, saves a lot of grief. But not much! I won't tell you that Pianoteq pro has just been released either =)
