The only theory that is not falsifiable per definition is the fundamental of science - critical rationalism.
Why it is not falsifiable is because the statement basically is: It is senseful doing the senseful.

Your comment is a very narrow, gate-keepy, elitist point of view disguising itself as being clever. It fails because you alone have imposed the conditions of how music can/cannot be made in a totally creative outlet/market.

If music instruction/notes/instruments suddenly disappeared, there will still be music made. Except at your house.

I'm more worried of the classically trained that constantly turn out weak music than some kids on YT with FL and a dream.

There is only ONE certainty in life and that is Death.

I can extract 2 important things, one of them is the emphasis on death and the other is the principles of mathematicians. Death is the worst event in life that somehow affects everyone. No one even thinks for a moment that maybe in 100 years there will not be a concept called death similar to the current concept. Maybe all the things that lead to death will be discovered and death will be removed from nature.
The other thing that many people focus on is mathematics. But also consider that mathematics belongs to human thinking. Maybe if the nature of man and his perceptions change, mathematics itself will not exist in the way it is understood now.

 

This may be true to some extent. Truth is relative. If we accept this, the situation will be even worse because no principle can be established.
Where does the truth word come from? Humans observe or feel something and pay attention to it and create a formula for it intuitively, implicitly and objectively. Whenever that thing behaves according to the mentioned formulas, it is said that that thing is true.
Many of the behaviors in nature are outside of human will, and humans look at that thing from a distance and try to predict its behavior in a formulaic way. If those behaviors do not go according to people's wishes for any reason, it can no longer be said that that thing is true.

 

This is where you'd be wrong. Mathematics is self-consistent and can all be constructed from axiomatic first principles. We might (and in certain respects have) switch to, say, new numbering schemes like use adiabatic numbers for certain things. But mathematics can't by itself change. Sure, we will prove or disprove certain unsolved problems, but that by itself does nothing.

Physical sciences though are different, and how mathematics relates to them.
