Trilian Distorted Italic Text

    I just updated to the latest Trilian version 1.4.5d when I noticed the text on the "Main" page of the GUI is completely distorted.

    I tried rolling back to the previous update 1.4.4c but it has the same issue.

    Possible factors I'm wondering about:
    1. I updated from Windows 10 "1909" to "2004" a couple days ago.
    2. I have installed quite a few fonts over the years - could I have possibly overwritten system fonts required by Trilian? Does it even rely on installed fonts?

    The text on the other pages seems to look fine, as does Omnisphere. Any help would be great, thanks.
