It's weird, I installed Riper, on drive D, not on drive C, but for some reason my settings are stored in APPDATA, roaming, how do I move the entire folder and set the default path to have these files on my drive D? I'm afraid that after reinstalling Windows I will have a hard time)))) I can not find the setting to change the path, help.

I'm not sure if it's possible to change this folder's place from Reaper's preferences.
But in case it's not, you can always use a symlink.

You should have installed Reaper in portable mode. Then all the files would be in your D: location. However, it's not all over. You can easily make it portable after installation.

Just go to user/appdata/roaming/reaper and cut/paste all the files there to your D\:Reaper or wherever you installed it. It will work the same. You can freely delete the user/appdata/roaming/reaper folder afterwards.

    Cheers!

That is what's called "Portable install" during Reaper installation. If you check this, all preferences and data is stored within the installation folder.

    SineWave was a bit faster...

This might help. Try export configuration from the option\preferences\general menu.
Install portable REAPER, Then import it from your new install.
There is a video on the REAPER web site.

@SineWave No, I definitely remember that I installed the regular version, I also have associations with Reaper files.
