Tracktion launches Collective 2 sample-based synthesizer

Tracktion has announced the release of a major update to its virtual instrument that combines sample-based diversity with synthesis power.

Collective 2 introduces a fresh batch of presets, a redesigned interface and refined workflow including an all-new Master FX panel and right-click MIDI Learn, and an IR loader to instantly infuse your sounds with the depth and nuance of legendary environments and hardware.

Collective 2 just got even bigger and bolder. Dive into 100 brand-new presets from acclaimed sound designer Miclop, also bundled are the Beta Maxed, Son of a Beta Maxed, and Platforms expansions. Adding 256 more expertly crafted sounds to your arsenal, taking the total to 928 presets.

At its core is a factory library curated by legendary sample architect Klaus Peter Rausch, whose three-decade legacy includes collaborations with industry giants like Korg, Alesis, Clavia, and Yamaha.

Need an ancient bansuri flute? Done. A floor-rattling reese bass? Absolutely. With Collective 2, the sound you’re chasing is never out of reach. Finding the perfect sound is effortless – and customizing it, pure creative joy.
