    Hey everyone,

I just recenctly started using Studio One for my orchestral stuff. I'm loving it so far but there's one little thing i can't seem to find anywhere:

Is there any way to set a delay in milliseconds on individual tracks ? I'm not talking about a delay effect here, I'm talking delaying the sounds by a few milliseconds. In Ableton I could do this but I can't find it in Studio one...

Does anyone know how to do this ? I'm sure this is possible, I'm clearly not the only one needing this function

It's pretty much a necessity with orchestral libraries to adjust for the attack of the sounds

Look in the inspector (click the 'i' above the first track to open it) and there is a track delay setting in ms. You may have to drag the little bar down a little to see it.

Can't you just move the clip? Switch the timeline to samples instead of minutes and seconds. Zoom in on track and clip until you can see small enough. unlock the clip and move it however many samples you want. Lock it back when you have it where you want it.

Ok now I understand why I couldn't find it in the inspector.

Turns out this option is available for audio tracks ONLY, it seems like there's no way to do that to midi tracks (except of course moving all the notes but I was hoping for something better).

    Anyways, thanks guys

No offense meant but somebody went to the effort of making a PDF manual and R2R went to the effort of distributing it, you may find looking through it helpful.

Me too. I'd appreciate if someone can share a PDF Manual of course in case it exists. I liked the one in S1-2.
I am thankfull that we have this one however, for those of us who have troubled eyes, PDFs can be easily zoomed-in and besides, one could read PDF manual on a tablet.
