http://theaudioscene.net and http://proaudiotorrents.org/ The first one I mod for and the 2nd one My friend Mods for, both are good sites.

but it is moderated by complete *%$@#'s unfortunately, it used to be a great place for solid advice on getting cracks to work etc.

pro audio torrents is much looser- not sure on the quality of advice on there (i've had no experience)

also torrent site never have good new sample cd not like audionews and soundarea.org (tools and samples section)

its seems od these site just dont have them

try searching for sample star in a torrent site or any of the cool sample pack makers ,very few or no results
