TorGuard or Express VPN

    Hi, I'm currently using PIA, but they don't work with Netflix. Both the above VPNS claim that they do, the difference being Torgurad gives you a dedicated streaming IP address while Express VPN gives you a random one. My main goal is to get a VPN that works with Netflix after the crackdown they odne, but I also like speed and the privacy of the vpn. What One would you recommend and why?
