When I rescued her as an emaciated youngster that had been running with a pack in the huge cemetery adjacent to where I lived, the vet said that she was not pregnant, but after three months Auggie had 11 puppies at the exact moment that the Mets won the World Series in 1986. That's a whole bunch of babies for a guy!

 

So, would it be safe to assume that all of these tracks are in the Public Domain (since 1928 and earlier would fall into the PD)?
I Guess I´ll also have to think about if they are re-masters etc, since I believe only the original recording would be in the PD?
Also, the actual video with the music can hold a different copyright than the original recording, right?

Can anyone point fingers at how stuff like this should be treated legaly?
