Do legit versions of EZKeys work alongside R2R's?

Should I use the version of EZKeys that comes with Vintage Upright and will the R2R libraries work with that?

Or should I take the Vintage Upright library and run it in the R2R EZkeys?

Or can I have them both installed together?
