YEEEEEE, this worked, used the keygen Leonardo Burpo posted, I dragged copies of the component and vst to my desktop, did the patch, then deleted the vst/component files from their folders replacing them with the patched ones from the desktop, followed all JustLikeFumbles steps, and baaaaaaaaaaaam, worked .stoked. thanks a lot !!!

 

Done EVERYTHING but nothing is happening! Still can't register EZDrummer 2!!

 

Nothing is working on this! I'll just spend the $250 on it and be done.. I've wasted over 3 hours trying to do this but, nothing is working.

 

1. Start EZDrummer
2. Select Autorize Offline
3. Start Key Generator
4. Select product (EZdrummer 2)
5. Click Patch RSA-1024 Public Key
6. Point to EZdrummer.dll
7. Copy ComputerID and paste to KG
8. Generate Serial #
9. Generate and Create Code/File
10. Type any name
11. Select this file in Authorization screen
12. Done!

hi guys..so far i have been able to install the app and almost all expansions ..on my hackintosh
the ones that are resisting me are the traditional country , big rock drums and seventies drums..

in the toontrack RSA keygen 4.14.0 i can read "MacOSX: Use pre-patched binaries provided with the release. "
the problem is that when i get to the generate auth file i get the message " This code will be rejected by Toontrack." instead of generating the code..and in the baloon i get " Make sure that network card is available. " ( how do i make sure it's available?
i have tried turning the IPv4 to off but nothing..
as i see in the .iso there is no patched vst or components to swap as in the ezdrummer installation process..
Any Idea??

I know this forum is old but I recently went through all of this trying to get EZDrummer 2 to work on my Mac (OSX 10.9.5) with Protools 10.3.10. What finally made mine work was deleting the file called "EZdrummer.aaxplugin" from the folder "Macintosh HD-Library-Application Support-Avid-Audio-Plugins". This file was triggering the wrong version of EZ Drummer inside Protools and would not accept the authorization file. I Made sure the crack file "EZdrummer.dpm" was in the "Macintosh HD-Library-Application Support-Digidesign-Plugins" Folder and it finally accepted my authorization file in Protools.

 

I am having serious issues with EZDrummer 2 keep asking me to activate. I'm using the RSA-1024 KeyGen v1.1.2 on PC. Sometimes I have success installing it and activating it, then for some reason my computer ID will randomly change and it asks me to activate again. Note that I have not changed any of my hardware setup during this time, unless plugging in a USB audio interface could affect it?

I've just uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and now the keygen it throwing up an error when I try to patch the VST dll - see attached screenshot. Can anybody please give me some pointers?

 

I know this is really old but wondering if anyone found a solution to all these suggestions?

Hi All, newcomer and first post !
I have read it all and tried to figure out why I keep having the "authentification error. Wrong file ?"
I think my problem is when I try to patch (for mac) the component file. I choose the file :
/EZdrummer.component/Contents/MacOS/EZdrummer
and I get the message "Toontrack Public key was not found"
Same goes for VST or dpm.

Can you help me ?

I just tried to install ezdrummer on my Mac and I got the computer ID that starts with "GE3DG" so I get the network card error. Did anyone figure out how to fix this? Thanks

 

Hello! I have the same problem on Win 7,with Ezd 2, with Overloud TH-U and can't activate. So, i install "HijackThis". After cleanning, and restart my pc, all work as before.... I don't know on Mac, but perhaps you can try.

Hey Man your a savior I got it running...

 

For anyone having trouble with authorization in Pro Tools in Windows 10 64, here is the solution I found.

Follow all the steps for the standalone version installation. BUT instead of patching EZdrummer.dll, you need to find EZdrummer.aaxplugin and patch it instead. I found the file at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\EZdrummer.aaxplugin\Contents\x64

So, following previous directions but with the modified step:

1. Start EZDrummer within Pro Tools
2. Select Authorize Offline
3. Start Key Generator
4. Select product (EZdrummer 2)
5. Click Patch RSA-1024 Public Key
6. Point to EZdrummer.aaxplugin in location described above
7. Copy ComputerID and paste to KG
8. Generate Serial #
9. Generate and Create Code/File
10. Type any name
11. Select this file in Authorization screen
12. Done!

This worked like a charm for me. I owe thanks to Levi Pjone for his YouTube video demonstrating the process.
