Tool for mass uploading to multiple supported file sharing services

    As the title suggests, I am looking for a local PC based application for bulk uploading of multiple files to common file sharing services like rapidshare, uploaded, google drive, amazon, dropbox, etc.

    It must have the ability to store download links when the file is complete to a file, and support automatic resume for files that are interrupted early.

    I also need the ability to throttle the upload speed.

    It also needs to support batch uploads for uploading multiple files, a few at a time.

    It must be a separate client, no browser plugins.

    Free.

    I used to have a tool for this but I cant find it anymore. Is anyone aware of anything that will do this?

    internet download manager or Jdownloader are two i have used.

    you are correct. I misread things in Jdownloader and assumed it could upload as well. I looked and there are very few tools for uploading. the only one i saw was Getright Pro but it's not free.
