    its in sylenth under the factory sets. not sure which one though under arps. theres also a similar one in Nexus single sequences.

    Basically any synth that has a step-sequencer LFO can do this. Or you can do this manually in the piano-roll/pattern editor, but that is quite tedious work. In the (synth's own) step sequencer you can change the pitch of every note/step, and then set LFO speed to taste (sync'ed to tempo or not). You can set the intervals to octaves (or other suiting intervals), going up/down/up&down/random/whatever.
