Great work. However, I love the way the guitar parts leave space for the acoustic to be heard starting at 1:00. Those short licks are kind of bluesy.

Hey I like the way the rhythm section comes in it is unexpected because the guitar is so raw.
You can clean the timing up easily enough if that is all you are concerned with it's a nice contrast.

As a bass player[obviously], you have more than one option - ALWAYS. As the writer you need to decide whether you want a real bass on it or a digital/analog synth one. I do my own or use synths as well if the tune needs it. Sometimes I double them together for fatness.
Once you have done that you need to decide if you want the notes to be deep or thin, long or short, percussive and syncopated, a constant or broken pattern, so on and so forth. The bass on this works with the tune. I can hear others and I hope I always will, but that is the bassist speaking not the overall musician who thinks what you have done is fine. Do not be afraid to double it with another different bass sound, mess with the EQ - use your imagination!!! It is the mother of creativity

Only you know what you want and the idea is good. Do not be afraid to try different soloists - flutes, saxes, trumpets, trombones. They all add a unique colour. Again your imagination has done this already and it is coming along so go hard !!!

I liked a lot, why keyboards have to sound exactly like an electric guitar or bass? It haven't to be, and i like the tune, it's good to me, what's matter is the composition, the arrangement and the music are cool...
