Hi guys! Sharing a simple tip and trick with Reaper =)

If you missed this out, in case you need to apply auto gain staging using LUFS measurement to all of your audio tracks (for various reasons), I just learn that we can do this pretty fast in Reaper. No need to load 3rd party plugins/VST on every mixer channels. Here's a quick how-to:

NOTES: Requires SWS extension (it's free, download and simply just run its installer.exe to get it installed)

PREVIEW (RESULTS): We have two options to apply this in Reaper:

    1. On mixer channels (auto adjust gain on selected/all volume faders only, audio items remains unchanged) (see screenshot below), or,

    2. On audio items (auto adjust gain on selected/all audio items only, volume faders remains unchanged) (see screenshot below).

    HOW-TO:

    Simply,

    1.
Focus mouse on TCP and Press CTRL + A
(or manually, select/highlight your targeted TCP (with audio items))
    2. Press SHIFT + /
(or manually, Go to Action menu --> Show action list...)
    3. On Filter section, enter Normalize. Locate and Run SWS/BR: Normalize loudness of selected items/tracks... (see screenshot below)

    4. On the next window, select and enter your desired options, done. (see screenshot below)
