    hi,im running cubase 13 pro(latest update) on old pc, M4A89GTD PROUSB3 motherboard,AMD Phenom II X6 1090T CPU,ATI Radeon HD4350 graphics card,16GB RAM
all i have running in the project is Z3TA+2(Factory content preset,synthesizer,lo-fi jaguar FG) looping over one bar and audio performance meter is real time hitting 25%-20% keepes moving bewteen the two, peak is hitting around 30%ish
i add psp saturator as insert default preset and real time now bouncing up to 40,peak just over 50%

as long as your pc hw isnt damaged or weared out you should have enough resources for this vst's...
do you have x times unison on ?
    check with process explorer .
how old is your OS installation ?
windows gets a mess after 1-2-3 years....without cleaners its far worse....or untreated shit piling

Cubase 13 is 'NOT' optimized for 'older' cpu's and probably will never be anymore. I'm running an Intel 7900X (2017) with 64 GB of RAM. I performed a generic playback test on 32 buffer size and Cubase 11 and 12 can run like 60 tracks without a problem. In Cubase 13 I can only run like 18 tracks before it starts to choke! I already informed Steinberg but I doubt they will release any more fixes for older cpu's? So if you want to run Cubase 13 efficiently and get the most out of it you'll probably need to upgrade to a newer system?
You can try to play around with AsioGuard? But in my case I can only use the 'Low' setting. Any other settings is even worse.
