Tim P Dual Tech Tube Passive EQ v2 not showing up

    i have nebula 3 1.3.505 and i have gotten some libraries working. this one seems to not show up and the some of the skins included with this library wont load either. anyone know how to fix this or why its doing this?

    Tim has said his libraries only work with Nebula 3.1.3.903 and above.

    Also, the skins installed into an N3 and N4 folder in the Skins directory. You have to move them into the root skins folder depending if you are using 3 or 4 (Nebula version)
