I like this kind of music, because it sounds modern but I don't think it has a certain style. Or at least I don't know the proper term, if there's one.

 

At Beatport it's been labeled "Electronica / Downtempo".


You know if most of the electronic musics were not being produced for the disgraceful dancing purposes with the absurd and nonsensical 4/4 rhythm alongside the specified chicky butt-shaking tempos, we had a better world.

There's loads of electronica that isn't dance music.
Dancing is not disgraceful, unless thats what you want it to be. Anyone who actually dances to dance music knows that the freedoom of physical expression, that can be released in the dance is second to none. The nonsensical 4/4 rhythm as you call it is the main staple of more than just dance music. The only reason that it's dominant in dance music is, because if everybody was using diferent time signatures the DJ's wouldn't be able to mix them. Here's some more unconventional disgraceful music.
