This delay effect

    It's like a ping pong delay that happens before the vocal comes in.

    Is there an easy way to do this with a plugin or what do you guys think?

    Just cut the word you want to have panned, paste it a few time behind each other an put an autopanner on it. Pretty simple, me thinks.

    Yeah, as said - copy/paste the "I". You can paste them on a few new audio tracks, all tracks panned differently.
