There is a lot of great music and talented artists today.But don't listen pop music and rap.
However I agree I hate 95% of the today's top charts and radio's songs.
The question is what is great music for you...?

 

Yes, there is if you could swallow the contemporary culture.

 

By contemporary, I mean exactly them.

 

There will always be great music because dedicated musicians will always want nothing less.

Sometimes you have to wade through a lot of mud to find the pearl.

 

It is exactly the same way to find great people in our life,some are fantastic but A LOT are unintersting.

 

Here are a few from a wide variety of genres I consider great...

 

Old people say: "there is no great music any more"
And what they mean is: "the old music reminds me of my youth, which I will not get back".

You are old and die one day. Nothing to be ashamed of, happens to the best of us. And all generations will have that thing called "great music".

I think it's less no great music and more so real & truly talented musicians.

 

Music is intemporal, so there is all the great music done to this day. So much you'd need several lives to discover. Isn't that heaven?
