Hello friends. First of all I would like to send my best wishes to you and your family!
I'm having a problem with FL Studio, after a night of waking up suddenly, my FL can't open anymore even though I have reinstalled many times.
Anyone here know how to fix this? please help me !

Easy fix. I had exactly the same problem. Your anti-virus (Mine was Eset Smart Security) has quarantined your FLEngine_x64.dll. All you need to do is dig into your quarantine section and click the 'restore and ignore in future scans' option. The "NoVictor" replacement .dll for FL Studio 20.9.2 was being flaged and after i restored it all is good again.

thank you very much ! But my computer does not have any anti-virus software installed, and the FLEngine_x64.dll file is not deleted. I looked on the image line group, they said it might be because windows updated the new certificate :'(

IL uses VMProtect , which is often used by malware to make it harder to reverse the malware ...

Solution is to tell AV to not scan FLEngine_x64.dll - exclude it from the scan or stop using any AV at all.

If by any chance fl studio dll or exe is tempered then it give error because of wintrust.dll which check the binary.

Check the DLL/Exe by checking it's cirtificate.

Please try suggestions in this related video:

Make sure you are using the 64bit version of FL Studio.

A user says they solved the same problem this way:
    1. Search gpedit.msc in Windows Search to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
    2. Navigate to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Public Key Policies > Certificate Path Validation Settings.
    3. In the Certificate Plan Validation Settings Properties dialog, go to the Network Retrieval tab and select Define these policy settings.
    4. Select Automatically update certificates in the Microsoft Root Certificate Program if deselected.

    Could you try that?

Could you go to the FL Studio folder in Windows Explorer, then:
    1. Show the properties for FL64.exe or FLEngine_x64.dll (right-click > Properties).
    2. Go to the Digital Signatures tab.
    3. Select the Image Line signature and click the Details button.
    4. Click the View Certificate button.
    5. Post a screenshot of the window that shows up (showing the General tab).

    Please check: http://woshub.com/updating-trusted-root-certificates-in-windows-10/
    or https://windowsreport.com/install-windows-10-root-certificates/

The issue can be resolved by using correct Digicert root certificates from another computer.

This certificate solved it for me:
    DigiCert Trusted Root G4.zip
    (1.58 KiB) Downloaded 14 times
    Good luck!
