Now that the Behringer RD-08 is a reality (I ordered two) it would be just a matter of time before we start modifying them , just like some of us did with the original Roland 808. That is the reason why I ordered an extra one. As soon as they are delivered, I will mod the shit out of it. You heard that right. I will mod the sit out of my second RD-08

I contacted the australian guy that made this http://www.firstpr.com.au/rwi/tr-808/ , I want a Behringer RD8 modified in the same way. unfortunately the guy told me he already has too much work to do on modding instruments: he will be available next year…

 

Don't worry about Robin. Batman is here. As soon as I get mine and do the mods I will post all the instructions here. I can't "crack" it but certainly can mod the shit out of it. Make sure your soldering gun and skills are ready.
