I use Mullvad VPN.
You can buy it with cash, or on Amazon (scratch card). The card contains an activation code and you don't have to bind it with any account, login or provide any data. Proven no log policy.

But still, there will be those on this forum who will tell you that privacy on the Internet and it's a scam.

 

I’ve had the best luck sticking with one that doesn’t throttle speed and works well with streaming and torrents. Also helps if their logging policy is clear and actually followed.
