Make sure to run the DAW as Admin
1.) Unrar / Unzip (use Winar or use the free 7-Zip)
2.) Open the Pigment / Top left is the " Menu "
3.) Use the Pigment " IMPORT " Function
4.) Load the " Pigments_Bank_The Transforming_20190211_19h02.pgtx "
5.) Click on the " Preset Browser " Button and take " The Transforming " Soundbank
