Several days ago a member suggested that I create a thread dealing strictly with copyright issues. After much tinkering with the idea, I have decided to start this thread to serve as a hub to the rest of threads I create on this subject. It will make it easier to manage and for members to obtain the general information they seek. I am not going to direct you to threads authored by other members because I can not guarantee that the information it contains is accurate or within the law. Keep in mind that advice rendered on chat room is nowhere near as good as what you’d receive from hiring a lawyer. And any advice is only as good as the facts that have been offered.
