I hear that its impossible to remove certain components installed in the system by Acustica Audio, Waves and certain other companies.., invisible files, files with no relevant names, files allowed through by apple for fingerprinting history, so whats the best cleanest way to remove Acustica Audio ones and for all (until I re install better working versions in the future).

exactly why I was thinking, never again....I really like some of their stuff, el rey and a few things but the headache, even if free..eh..

Just go to the component folder or vst folder or whatever format you installed and remove all files, voila, done.

 

I use 'App Cleaner' for that. Drop the app you want to delete on the App Cleaner icon (I have it in the dock) et voila..
