8 - MSI Afterburner: Afterburner (msi.com) (well known GPU manager, I prefer to use it instead of the AMD Radeon, for example)

9 - Bitwarden: Bitwarden Open Source Password Manager | Bitwarden (free and open source password manager, it's perhaps the better pass manager I've used)
