in my case never bought any AA plugin.. one time i was trying to use some JET idk what the f... i open it and... full of lag and CPU loaded so much... nah i dont care if that cure the cancer, uninstalling...
i have to say i love the coffe the pun x_x thats all i was using time ago.. but bye byeee

 

In fact we really appreciate it when devs have an account here. Especially when you consider the 'surrounding/family'.

 

Been an AA user for years and still gonna keep going with them. Great tools they came up with that I've been using in projects for every single client. Of course everyone has their opinions and I respect everyone with how they go about it. But for me, great tools that I've personally never had problems with and been an amazing ride going forward.

Those witches seem to been very effetive at pointing out Acustica Audio using f*ckery as a business model.

 

just one question, don't u feel a little upset about paying around 60EUROS for a plugin which have 10gigs of protection? it does the job... but a HIGHLY not, OVERHIGHLY price.... and in price i mean, hard drive, cpu, your money, and good performance while u r working. in this scenario UAD its like a Gentleman

I don't feel upset at all. Space and bloat was never a problem for me and hasn't affected my work flow. I have a custom built pc with 8 hard drives, and a Mac mini m2 with 3 external drives. So for my personal work flow and my situation it does not affect me. For others I know it's not the same and not in the same situation so like I said, I respect everyone else's views on how their own personal situation is. I use a mix of AA and UAD and a ton of other plugins from developers. Whatever the song may need then that's the love it's gonna get.

 

AA seems to be dead in the short time <3

 

Having the sister site being shown on youtube and giving it publicity is bad imho.
I mean sure it is quite popular in audio nerd circles, but giving it a platform like youtube could mean trouble, don't you think?

 

dud... that kind of pc, i know some people have it... but do u remember that here we are using warez cause most cant even afford a rent without thinking in any other worries of life?... so im happy that u can run those plugins like a feather in the air... but thats not take the fact that are full of BS inside them... at that point i insist that exist a lot of alternatives without a 10gigs of copy protection which at the end, just makes a awful (and more) shitty user experience.

 

Yes, I thought that for a second... but how is life and how I see things arise... piracy has already been installed and established for a looong time. So I think that like everything, even politics, people forget and move on with their lives.

I don't think too much trouble should be ahead. The site hots links. If DMCA requests arrive, they are handled and posts with their links are taken down.

 

Of course. You don’t think I used to use wares in the past? I started using cracked plugins in the late 90’s. I’ve been there but I work and music brings in extra money and I’m able to purchase and afford all of what I use. Like I’ve said, everybody’s situation is different but I’ve been there.

if all the BS inside the plugin affects majority of people I hope and I’m sure they will change that going forward. But like you said there are plenty of alternatives out there so one shouldn’t be so stuck on one company if they don’t like their products. Tons of alternatives to use and that’s the greatest things for all of us involved with the music.

And as for the others that have AA legit and upset about the situation I completely understand that also. Time will tell if they act on the bloated protection and improve like they have done in the past.

 

time its passing by... and the attitude of that human... if its one... not change at all. so i agree, the time will tell.. but so far it tells Shrek 1, 2 3 and its becoming a 4th :o ( i mean its always a story with this guy instead of just doing the thing simply)
