*yes* That's the main REASON why software gets cracked:
To get used as FULL version without any limitations imposed by developers.
And keep in mind, musicians (+Artists) are more rich than other 'normal' folks in terms of imagination,
having much freedom and time, having no bosses putting inhuman pressures on them. Etc……

couldn't agree more, its the natural way for an artist. USA's influence has taught us that being an artist can be like winning the lotto financially, its such a distorted view of a career, and will leave you feeling like any regular white collar worker.

    Hmm, no.

I have just as much freedom as any other guys. I make the same money for the same amount of work (indexed on how rare and valuable my skills are)
When doing my music I'm my own boss, and I put myself under pressure. If you will make a living out of music, you'd better bear quite a bit of pressure.

I have imagination for sure, but everybody have some, even though they don't always express it (or know how to)
Imagination won't get you far without some organization.

maybe this is the million time that someone said this, but if you get money from Production, buy the stuff you use, and that's my plan !

so guys take it easy, cause even the big producers uses cracked stuff, (some time & from time to time... whatever)

Right said! But it's not only USA's model of a capitalist society to cause that, it's the STAR-SYSTEM built up by producers + all the other "sharks" that eat from the same piece of meat!

Bon Scott (AC/DC) sung it very clear with their song:
"It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll)".

I say today it is more about how you LOOK than if you can PLAY or SING even if you can´t do any of that you can become an Artist in the music genre just because you have the LOOKS think Rihanna so out of tune and still she make record after record and the songs are so bad but still the radio is playing them over and over i can´t get it or is my conspiracy theory correct? Big radio stations simply got payed to play those songs over and over like some sort of torture so eventually you start to hum along with the song even if you didn´t like the song the first 100 times you heard it ..

Yeah, right, Adele is totally a hottie.

    Conspiracy theories are rarely correct.

Nobody force you to listen to radio.

I for one applaud a post like this and I think it should be encouraged. Too many come through here and only think of what else should be done for them rather than taking a moment to thank those that work tirelessly to help them in the pursuit of their art. R2R often do a thankless job and it's nice to see them get the recognition they truly deserve.

its not a conspiracy, more the current state of affairs, a machine feeding on opinions like yours.

"Nobody force you to listen to radio" sounds a lot like "why worry about privacy if you have nothing to hide?"

you would make a good politician to poison this world further. peace

cheers catalyst! they even started the new activation method to include AAX for pro tools users (even though i dont get along well with this new method i hope they go back). very impressed that they work so hard for every nook & cranny of the audio dsp world!

Literally everyone is catered for - even the people who surprisingly can afford shiny new imacs & macbooks!
