Actually its the Audiosex organ. :wow: As lots of the gang here have been helping me make it and now you can help test it. 40 stops, 2000 samples and Matt McKay's killer script, what's not to love!

Thanks to feedback there have been a few changes, hopefully improvements. The font color is now more readable, the bass has been boosted to give the pedals more oomph, a few weaker samples have been excised and there have been a few volume alterations for greater consistency.

Thanks for giving it a go! The World of Warcraft keyboardist and the interesting cartoons. But any feedback on the actual organ? Err the one that requires kontakt... You know what I mean!

  9. Thanks, but the samples downloaded for me just fine, but the instruments did not make it through as winzip said that they were corrupted. Can you please post them separately. I do not know if anyone else had this problem but I would love to try it out. Thanks bigcat1969.

Hum there is really only one instrument. I think there are three files in there. I'll post them separately and see if that helps.

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/n3bzpfrj4893uni/Bureau_Church_Organ.nki
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/ki5ji9ruex0h29r/Bureau_Church_Organ.nkc

I think these 3 files plus the samples should be all you need.

Created a bassier sound. Try this as an alternative nki.
Dropped everything by an octave. Added the bottom octave to most pipes 4 inches or larger and to even smaller principles than that. Added a touch of extra volume to the bottom octave notes. See what you think.
I think all that should be needed is a new nki file, as none of the resources have changed. Yell if that doesn't work and I'll upload the resource file as well.

A lot of people worked really hard on this so if you guys could give us some feedback as to the results we'd really appreciate it. Thanks a lot for your time mates.

Has anyone actually tried it? Does it work? I'm getting reports that it works stand alone for some folks but not in their DAW or that it doesn't work at all.

  13. I did finally try it, although I had not much time to tinker. I am very impressed by the quality of the samples and I think that this is a very quality offering. The effect section is powerful and I was able to craft unique tones readily. The artwork is tasteful and enhances the experience of playing this collection of exquisitely crafted presets. All of the pages for programing are intuitive, easily accessible and are interesting in their contrast in a visual sense. I look forwards to being able to create with it as feel that it will be a useful tool in my rack. On a purely technical level, two samples seem to be missing and were not in the sample folder when I had to search for them. I had to put my computer asleep as I put my daughter to sleep but will get back to you tomorrow to let you knowwhich ones they are if you already don't know. Thank you for the hard work on this, I think you have a good one.

Thanks for the test and the feedback! We have Matt to thank for the artwork, the presets and the pages, in fact pretty much everything! I'm not sure which samples are missing, that is likely my fault.

Yes and I would like to publicly thank him. When he got this organ from me it was basically exactly like the St Augustine's with more stops. http://bigcatinstruments.blogspot.com/2014/04/saint-augustines-organ.html You can see that that organ is basically a nice somewhat amateur production. He handed it back in it's current state of awesomeness. I'm a bit embarrassed to say it is done by bigcat Instruments with assistance from Matt. It should be a Matt McKay Instrument with a little bit of assistance from bigcat.
