Just had a listen to your tune!

I´ll keep from judge the quality of your song...... we all make music very different - thats why!

Mix:
Too much drums. The piano is TOO simple and too loud too!

What is the basic idear with this tune anyway ?

I'll add my opinion:

- The kick of the bassdrum is too loud
- The whole mix sounds muddy
- The cymbals sound "washed out"
- It sounds like a monophonic recording
- The snare drum is too persistent

I like it... in general.
One thing I like: The female voices close to the end of the track
One thing I dislike: The snare getting too repetitive in those fills.

i like the track. the basic feeling reminds me
of some kind of movie score about the mob if you know what i mean!

i agree with Kookaboo.the drums sound like a cheese "garage recording"
they need a lot of help.i love the strings and the piano melody is great!
simpel and clean. i think the finish arangement should be longer as the 4 minutes at soundcloud?
so you have to put a little more dramatic here and there to to keep the intrest for a 6-7 minut track.
i think it is very worthwhile to keep your hands an this one.it got definitely potential
i'm curious about the finish result if if there will be one.

Drums are too loud
Could do without the ringing sound in the middle of the song (it's part of the drums I think)
There's no clarity, I feel like I'm listening to a cheap computer speaker.
The song goes nowhere, yes there's some sort of break but no interesting effects or anything like that (even a chord change would be nice)
I feel like this song should be playing in a good open setting, but there is no space at all. If you're going for the whole chamber setting then add a little space.
It has potential, but needs plenty of work.

If you are barely starting out then keep working at it and I'm sure you'll develop nicely ^^

 

I'm not gonna comment on the mix, since that's pretty much all been said.
Piano could use a human playing it.
Strings sound too unnatural as well, you could try layering different samples. Or if you know anyone playing cello or alto violin, double it with the real thing, that will work miracles.
