Team V.R.s' iZotope RX8 had an enormous latency of 25000 samples, why's that?

    Is it because it's a crack or because it's a crack by team V.R. or is it because version 8 was slower than 9 anyways?
    25000 samples means 520ms latency when your sample rate is set to 48khz and no interface could provide the sample rate needed to get that amount of latency down to a reasonable level for real time automation. So, I need something else to automate latency.
    Just downloaded R2Rs' RX9, they have 2000 samples latency, so that's quite good.
