    Hello y'all!

    I know this topic might sound odd, but i'm a enthusiast tea drinker and i have a broad range of tea plants and i tested some sort of combinations
    to help me feel better throughout every day, wake up more serene and taking my headaches of extensive brain & ears use away so i figured out a formula which
    works for me, whiping all the headaches away that i usually had when i woke up everyday like i was feeling almost dead instead of serene, calm and rested.

    After 4-5 days of drinking this teas i was already feeling like... "where's my headaches man?? who stole my headaches :snuffy: ?" but
    that was actully a positive thing. This teas will bring an analgesic/painkiller feeling in your body, like you might think something is wrong
    due to the too much "silence" in your head. (It's not a very pronounced effect, maybe it feels pronounced to me because i weigh only 60Kg so maybe this tea dose is more feelable on the lightweight bodies like me, but i also don't suggest you to overdose it if you're heavy as long as i didn't tested more than that dose on heavier people.)
    I don't want to advertise any tea company, i don't care who distributes the tea in your region, i just try to suggest you something beneficial
    for your every-day mood and body "maintenance" so you can make music more comfortable :bow:

    I bolded the text here so you know where the recipe starts if you think i wrote too much bulls*it above. :dunno:
    So... you will need:
    * Lapacho bark.(you can just ask on your bio store for "lapacho tea", they will know what you mean)
    * 1 Lemon.(peeled & sliced)
    * High-Quality Ginger tea bags.
    * High-Quality Guarana tea bags.
    * 1 Litre of water for each tea (2L total) :rofl: .

    The first tea you make is dedicated for the morning (first half of the day) and the second one for the other half of the day.
    Because the body needs 2 litres minimum of liquids per day, these teas will be like a water raplacement.
    The first tea, is just a ordinary one, you just boil the water till is hot as hell and you drop a guarana tea bag in it, leting it cool till it gets warm so you're ready to drink it during the first half of the day.
    For the second tea, everything is simple as well, you just put 1L water to boil and when you see the water boiling (bubbling) you take it off temporary to add a spoon of Lapacho bark and the whole peeled & sliced lemon in it then you continue boiling them 1 minute together and then turn the fire off. Let it like 30 seconds to calm down then add a ginger tea bag and a spoon of brown sugar to become drinkable for you (i drink without sugar anyway, but is up to your tolerance). This tea is the important one, drinking it during the 2nd half of the day and make sure you consume it all before evening/sleeping time.

    IMPORTANT: Don't overdose it! Don't exceed that 1 spoon of Lapacho bark quantity per day!

    Simple Lapacho Tea is usually made by two spoons of Lapacho bark for 0.75 Litre, but you added just 1 spoon(as i suggested above) for 1 full litre so it becomes a lighter version of that tea so the addition of the lemon and ginger to not overdo it, so it'll be easy enough to be drank as a water replacement.

    About ingredients:
    Guarana is a great energizing tea so that's why i suggested to be drank in the first half of the day, so it can replace even the coffee.
    Lapacho(a bark gathered from Pau d'arco trees, ) contains flavonoids which is beneficial for ear-related health problems. This herbal tea does not contain caffeine, and it is rich in essential vitamins and minerals that help maintain health and vitality. Lapacho tea, for example, contains iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iodine, boron and barium.
    Lapacho tea provides health benefits to treat and prevent different diseases, and it works as a natural antibiotic. The tea will also boost the immune system and reduce the chances of contracting a medical condition. Drinking lapacho tea regularly will diminish the chance of developing arthritis, diabetes, bowel problems, bladder infections and cancer. It will also increase blood and bone marrow health.
    Lemon: contains flavonoids too and some good citrus beneficial nutritional complex & antioxidants.
    Ginger: Historically, ginger has a long tradition of being very effective in alleviating symptoms of gastrointestinal distress. In herbal medicine, ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative (a substance which promotes the elimination of intestinal gas) and intestinal spasmolytic (a substance which relaxes and soothes the intestinal tract). Modern scientific research has revealed that ginger possesses numerous therapeutic properties including antioxidant effects, an ability to inhibit the formation of inflammatory compounds, and direct anti-inflammatory effects.
    Water: is water :thumbsup: .

    So overall that's it... Just try to follow and consume (if you want, of course) these teas i suggested above for a week (with regularity, or else you'll die :sad: ) and let me know if it worked for you too.

    An addition to your overall immune system along with the teas above is the Echinacea organic pills, which can be bought from almost any bio stores.

    Take care guys and i wish you healthy music making! :mates: (P.S.: I swear i don't have a health insurance, can you believe it?!)

    Hm...

    Lapacho is a name for the herb Tabebuia avellanedae, more commonly called pau d'arco and taheebo. It is promoted as useful for treating a variety of health problems and illnesses, including cancer; however, no scientific evidence verifies that it works, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Side effects are unlikely at recommended doses, but some serious harmful effects are associated with high doses. Taking lapacho or any other herbs should only be done with the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.

    Common Effects, Even low doses of lapacho can cause gastrointestinal side effects of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, according to the American Cancer society. Dizziness and urine discoloration are other reported side effects.

    Bleeding
    Lapacho has blood-thinning effects and slows clotting. This can increase the risk of uncontrolled bleeding. Doses that might be useful for treating tumors would present a serious bleeding risk, explains the American Cancer Society. The Society says research stalled once this effect was discovered, and Canada has banned the substance. The risk is particularly dangerous for people with hemophilia or other bleeding disorders, or those who take medications with blood-thinning properties. Some of these medications include warfarin, heparin, aspirin, naproxen and ibuprofen.

    Allergic Reaction and Asthma
    An allergic reaction to lapacho is possible. In addition, some people have experienced asthma when working in settings where they were exposed to wood dust of this plant, notes the American Cancer Society.

    Toxicity
    Active components in lapacho bark called naphthaquinones have anti-cancer properties, but this is because the chemicals are toxic, according to the University of California at San Diego Moores Cancer Center. The poisonous chemicals kill cancer cells in the laboratory, but the amount of lapacho a human has to take for the same effect is too toxic. Taking large doses may cause liver and kidney damage.

    There's no plant without side effects. :rofl:
    I did talked with a herbal specialist and he suggested me 2 spoons for 0.75L while i suggested 1 spoon for 1L, which is is way lighter.
    I also did not suggested only lapacho, but also combined with a whole sliced lemon and ginger.
    The ginger is the ingredient which controlls the eventually side effects of lapacho, that's why i suggested it. Is very effective in alleviating symptoms of gastrointestinal distress. In herbal medicine, ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative (a substance which promotes the elimination of intestinal gas) and intestinal spasmolytic (a substance which relaxes and soothes the intestinal tract).

    So now you understand why i chosen ginger as an addition to lapacho? So the tea will get balanced. :wink: I haven't had any side effects yet and i feel
    better than never. :bow:

    No matter which plant you seek on google, you'll find for eachone a side-effects article. *yes*

    "Amazon tribes have made a medicinal tea from guacatonga for hundreds of years to treat digestive disorders, snake bites, and bee stings. The bark of the pau d’arco tree has been used historically by Amazonian natives to treat infections. ". So don't tell me the Amazonian Tribes's mortality rate was boosted by their own plants remedies :rofl: There will always be pros & cons about any plant on this planet. *yes*
    Anyway, there's nobody forced to drink it.
