When I visited tb-software it seems to me that this is not free. Here is a screenshot of the page that informs visitors of the cost of the licence. Maybe I'm in error though and have looked in the wrong place.

 

Yes, XT version is an extended, based on free dpMeter ll, which was the upgrade for old discontinued dpMeter I.
