I keep wanting to try the TBProAudio plugs, because I like the way they seem to do some things, but every time I try, not all of the GUI's load up correctly. It is only the 2nd time I have ever had a GUI issue with plugins. The other one was Output plugs on Studio One. The issue with the Output plugs was an OpenGL 2.1 issue, that I was able to find a fix for, using the Windows ADK tool. Once I applied the fix, the Output plugins worked perfect in Studio One. And they never had an issue to begin with in Reaper.

With TBProAudio plugins, they don't load the full GUI in either Studio One or Reaper. Some plugins load completely fine, or at least appear to. And I can still change the value's of the blacked out sections of GUI, I just can't see them.

I'll add a screenshot so you can see what I mean. Is it a Reaper setting? A Windows setting? TBPro are the only plugins I can't seem to be able to use.

 

Hello, Windows or Mac? What graphics card do you have? First install the "OpenGL Extensions Viewer" a sample picture is attached below. Then post here your OpenGL version number. Then please update your graphics card driver.

They offer two versions of (some of/all of?) their plugins, one is GPU accelerated, the other one isn't. Try the 'no GPU' versions.

Also R2R were saying that V.R's version of TBProAudio can have GUI crashes. Maybe it's them?

 

Not a basic bug. Win 7, OpenGL 4.6, Reaper, VST2, never had a problem.
