Despite that I'm as affable and helpful around here as my nature allows me to be--and yes there's lots of cool people on this forum--I don't really buddy up to a whole lot of people just as a function of limited time and attention, but I'd call @superliquidsunshine a friend. We've got a history of helping each other out way beyond the menial mixing tip here and gear advice there.

I know you've been battling with this for some time. I hope you find the solution you need and I hope to see you back as soon and as healthy as possible.

Some people get a cold and they whinge and whine about it, yet other people can be very ill, and never once moan or complain. In fact I have never heard you complain about anything the whole time I've been here.

I have a great deal of respect for you @superliquidsunshine, both for your sincerity, and your ability to calm situations with your wonderfully crafted words. On a site this big with so many differing characters it is virtually impossible to remain a friend to everybody, yet you have managed it with apparent ease.

Everyone else has already said most of what I want to say, so I will emulate it and wish you a speedy recovery, because you mean a lot to a great number of people, and I too will miss you and your comments immensely.

Get well soon my friend. You are a REAL winner!

 

"Squidy" the forum will be a colder, darker place without your rays of sunshine. I, like many, will miss you soooooooooooooooooooo much as you have always been and still are a good friend. I look forward to your full and speedy recovery and seeing your avatar back around these parts when you feel ready....i'll even make it a new pair of shades to celebrate
