I'm fairly new to this approach so this might be a dumb question for some of you so I apologize in advance but I would just like to verify am I even on a right track with my understanding of this.
I haven't had any luck with answers on the Gearslutz subforum so I figured I'll ask here.

The stereo synth on the chorus, is this just an envelope/cutoff written automation or is there another element to getting the synth to behave exactly like this? Except being sidechained to the kick.
Or if you could point me in the direction of what to look for exactly, link to a video, tutorial, anything.

    Thanks

I think the chords have a filter envelope, they have bounced in audio and then probably reverse some chords.
