    Hey guys,

    i have a question.
since today my sylenth 1 isn't working anymore in logic x. I am using the version 2.2.1. cracked by Arcade.
Also converted it to 64 bit with 32 lives.

I,m getting this error message from lpx.

The plug-in named “Sylenth1” isn’t available on your system.
Choose another plug-in, or quit Logic Pro X and install the plug-in on your computer in order to use it in the project.

I can open the plugin with Garageband but nog with logic, ive been using it for 1 month without any problems.
Also i deleted all the sylenth 1 files and reinstalled it. But i"m still getting the same error.

Even when i deleted all the sylenth files and i try the sylenth demo logic wont open it :S

Has this to do with lpx,32 lives or sylenth itself?

I hope anyone could help me...

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards Sid

looks like logic isn't seeing the 32 lives version. weird tho, that garageband is seeing it. for 32 lives to 'resurrect' sylenth1, the sylenth1.component must be present in the components folder. 32 live will see it and when you 'resurrect' it a version named sylenth164.component will be created in the components folder. both component files have to be in the components directory.

if sylenth1.component is there, try unwrapping in 32 lives. then resurrect it, then open lpx. lpx should auto-scan. if it doesn't, force a scan. if both files are there and lpx still can't load it, i'm not sure what else it could be.

    Thanks for your answer frank,

I just had the same problem and nexus stopped working. I spent the whole day searching for an solution and i luckly found one.
I'm glad 32 lives was the problem.

    This is the solution:

    - deleted all components in user/library/audio/plug-ins/components but left all of it into the HD/library/audio/plug-ins/components
    - used the option "rewarp" into 32 Lives app (the contrary of "resurrect", so that it deletes for you all the 64 versions previously created)
    - cleared au cache using the 32 Lives app (you fin the option at the top among menu)
    - deleted 32 lives from Applications
    - re-installed 32 lives, and set its permissions (under app info cmd+i) to "write and read" for everyone (other than only user)
    - resurrected all the au with 32 Lives
    - made the au scan in Logic X againand now all plugins work.

    credits goed to m4tteo86

it's most likely 32 Lives that just needs to be re-registered. make sure your legit license is properly installed, or generate a new licenese, with the keygen supplied with your version if it is k'd.

once you re-authorize 32 lives, i would suggest doing "Get Info" on the hidden "Sound Radix" folder, under

    (your hd)/Library/Application Support/Sound Radix

unlock it, then put all to "Read Only" and on the little gear icon to the left, click "Apply to Enclosed", so it also locks the 32 LIves folder, inside. This should hopefully prevent your 32 LIves from coming un-registered as quickly. but probably not forever, you most likely need to re-auth 32 lives continuously, if yours is k'd. repeat above process, when necessary.

once your 32 lives is properly auth, all your x32 plugins that are x64 bit wrapped will automatically work again like supposed to. enjoy

...any one else have a better idea, of how to keep Sound Radix - 32 Lives v1.0.6 from coming un-registered?!? other than using Little Snitch. appreciate it... thanks!
