Hi there Sexers. I have a strange problem occurring with Superior Drummer 3 on Big Sur with my Mac Mini M1.
I have managed to get it working and it's fully functional inside my DAW.
The Midi Tab shows there are no Midi Libraries installed.

1. I can navigate to the directory where the EZ midi is located inside the settings menu however, it doesn't recognise any of the files and gives me an error message?
2. I can manually drop the midi file from the directory into SD3 edit window and it works, plays, and can be edited fine which is strange.
3. I am using the same library copied from my Windows 10 i7 Nuc Audiogridder server and it works perfectly.

I guess my question is. Is the midi library in the correct directory?
Ive tried here..

Library\application support\Toontrack\Ezydrummer\Midi

and Here

Shared\Library\application support\Toontrack\Ezydrummer\Midi
Could it be a permissions thing? (I have batchmodded it but it made no difference)?

This has got me beat. Any help would be appreciated.

I use EZDrummer and not Superior Drummer, but I believe they use the same paths:

/Library/Application Support/EZDrummer/Midi

Works fine on my M1 Mini

 

Did you ever figure it out? I'm having the same issue ever since moving to my Mac Studio. SD3 works fine and I've installed several librarires but it won't read the midi files. I've tried moving that folder to various locations with the same issue.
