Honestly I dont think it will affect it at all, since the cracked SD3 "install process" just Installs the software as a legit installer would do and then you just manually replace 3 files (vst, component and the standalone). And it will and should not touch your SD2 installation (legit or cracked).

If you are in a middle of a project i would advise you to complete the project first, just a precaution.

Hi guys! i'm getting a bit confuse here.. I downloaded all the content, merge all sounds as it should be, cracked and replace the files of the
Library update 1.1.3. The result is: Superior Drummer 3 is working fine but only see the "superior drummer 3" library... It doesn't show up the others like: Jazz, Americana etc. etc. If i try to select a path in the "additional Libraries" doesn't work either "No content at path"
What am i missing?

If I was to grab superior drum libraries again I would just get the Hansa library. I think its outstanding and all I need.

 

Where are the others? External HD? And whats the path you are trying to select. Show me a screenshot of your Additional Libraries path.

 

I have everything in a External HD. I think i got confused since is the first time i have installed EZdrummer.. Does those libraries (americana, jazz, etc.) come with the Superior Drummer? or the 237gb belongs just to Superior Drummer 3?

 

both plugins come with their default libraries (yes, SD3 default library is about 250 gb).
any others expansions - SDX for SD3 and EZX for EZDrummer/SD3 - are optional, they must be downloaded and installed separately.

What is your error message? Are you in Logic Pro X or Ableton? Whats your Superior Drummer 3 version (latest is 3.2.3 btw). Also did you try to load the VST or the AU version of the plugin? Some screenshot of the issue would be helpful and need more info to diagnose.

 

I'm using logic pro X, the latest version on sister site. There is a link with installation of superior drummer ?

Here what i've done :

Install superior drummer v3.1.7, paste the three cracked files
codesign the AU plugin
launch app

These error message appears :
« Superior Drummer 3.vst » est endommagé et ne peut pas être ouvert.
then
The Superior Drummer 3 plug-in could not be found.

What do you mean by load the vst ?

Vst is different from AU plugins.
In your 3.1.7 dmg's cracked folder, the three cracked files are
1 for VST, 1 for AU(audio units) also called component and 1 for the standalone app.

"Can You Use VSTs In Logic Pro X? The short answer is no. Apple uses the Audio Units (AU) file type for its third party plugins"

Logic Pro uses AU and not VST unless theres a VST wrapper (AU format).

It seems to me that your dmg or the cracked folder is corrupt. Check your pm.

I had unintall superior drummer 3 with maccleaner Pro 2 to try again. When i use application's file sent, it says that it's impossible to open it and when i use application's file from the sister site, i have the same message, VST file is corrupted.

I also have torpedo wall of sound on my mac from two notes (Real licence with my torpedo captor) but it doesn't work anymore, i can't use it in logic pro, the last update.

There is a problem in my system ? It's weird all issues with two notes applications.

I just checked it could be Logic itself. I tried the new 10.6 had some other issues like opening but not showing the windows...
So I tried an older logic version 10.4.6 it works fine. See screenshot.
VSt files "no icon" not a problem but can be fixed.
Remember Logic pro does not support VST, only AU.

Btw did you enable Allow apps from Security and Privacy? And Does the standalone work?

If the standalone works then its logic pro fault. Download again a different (last working) version of Logic and see.

 

I installed logic 10.4.6

The original app work, it ask me for register. When i use crack from sister i need to allow apps form security but still vst is damaged and when i use the app sent, it's impossible to open it...

Wall of sound stil don't work...

I try to reinstall my os catalina because i think, i ve made something wrong to have all this problem that never happen usually.

So, new catalina, new logic pro 10.4, my wall of sound work again!

But still the vst damaged. If i don't replace the vst file by the cracked one (I only use logic so it's useless, right ?) , i can launch the app but i need to register...

Sign code AU won't change that ? I didn't use it.

It's the vst file that allow to use app without register ?

You dont need to register anything as its all patched already. Fixed icon and vst. I checked it was corrupted. See PM.
Also note that VST and AU are two different plugin types.
Code sign is used to verify the signature of the plugin so it is allowed in mac to run. (So you must sign it)

Hi .. I would like to ask for help .. I have SD 3.1.7 installed on MAC Mojave, but I can't install any sound library - not even basic .. I've tried all available files, but nothing worked .. Could someone help me and guided me to the right path - including the necessary files, please? Thank you very much in advance ..

 

Hi, I´m newie in town...Overall thanks for your job. I still have problem adding path to library on Superior drummer, I do everything ok but not allowed to add the Sounds folder on Manage Library. Somebody knows?
