Every effect has to have a key held down and upon release the effect stops, not saving and also not letting me even record the effect. Anyone used this VST?

 

When using stutter edit you have to side chain the track you want effected into stutter edit.

Say u have an audio track then u set up stutter edit on a new track as a midi controlled effect . Then side chain the audio in to stutter edit. On the midi track draw in the notes or play them on your keyboard to control the effect you want from stutter edit. It's a really good fx plugin.

Does anyone read the manual anymore? I have manuals and video tutorials on my phone. I read and watch them when I drive on the freeway. lol not really, but really.

 

Sidechain??? Naw route it man. Jesus Youtube and the manual are your friend. Jesus when you launch it for the first time it even asks you do you want to see the tutorial. FUkMEPINK

 

what DAW do you use?

 

In logic X I set it up as a midi controlled instrument then side chain (route) my audio/instrument into stutter edit. When I play a key on my midi keyboard it plays the glitch effect or what ever patch I'm using in stutter edit . Then I just write the effect in midi . Simple that's how it's done in logic . At the top of the plugin there's a box that says sidechain input .
