Stupid question time: How to hide fades?

    Pretty simple, right? I'm on windows so I believe it's Ctrl+Alt+F to show fades and then I pretty much just leave them there until they decide to disappear on their own. The manual writers seemed to have thought it wasn't important. Is there a button for this?

    that's the right shortcut as far as i know there is no 'hide fades' shortcut.
    you have to just go to the little drop down on the right hand side of the arrange view and just select 'none' from the menu for the selected track....
    i would be interested if there is a simpler method...

    @filtersweep That makes a lot of sense. If the only reason the fades continue to show up is because theyre the currently selected parameter, then getting rid of them might be as simple as clicking on any other parameter. I'm on my phone at the moment but I'll check it out when I get home and report back.
