i have big big problems to load a Sample into FORM.

Intel i5-4570, 16 GB RAM WIN7 Ultimate
Reaktor 6 (6.1.1.R35)
Form 1.1
Studio One 3.3.4.41933 (always newest Version)

I know how to use FORM its a great Sample Manipulating tool great work
The problem:
When i load a sample into Form and i preview it at the Sample Select Page everything Sounds great and Original BUT when i press the button LOAD SAMPLE and i play a note it sounds horrible a little timestretched and it has some glitches in it. When i use the INIT Factory Preset or when i press the RESET SOUND Button and confirm this nothing happens......the same timestretched and glitches in the Sample.
I have checked ALL parameters in the INIT Preset and i have reinstalled Form........the same Problem
I have also checked in the Reaktor6 the settings:

File Preferences - CPU Usages: (can these settings have an influence about my Problem ?)
Number of Processors 4
MMX Support present
ISSE Support present
ISSE-2 Support present

File - Settings:
Sample Rate Host/System 44100
Control Rate 400Hz

or can this be a problem in the settings of Studio One ?
All other Instruments are working great and absolutely no Problems with them
Whats wrong here

The Factory Presets are working perfect by the way
and my Samples are all WAV´s
Anyone ?
